1. About Make Plans

Make Plans ("we", "us", "our") is an event planning service operated at makeplans.ca. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Make Plans. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Make Plans to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content

You retain ownership of content you post on Make Plans (event descriptions, images, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and store it solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Free Service and Future Paid Features

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or modify features, at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Plans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
